- I have lots of interests but not much time for them. For example art. But you have to have a project in mind, get everything out, do the project, create a space for it, and then clean up. Generally, there is at least one person who requires attention at one or EVERY step of the process. And if you, say, don't clean up then your small people will do art, on the wrong thing or space with your expensive art supplies. It's just easier not to do the art for now. I love my kids and for the foreseeable future this is just how it is going to be. While I am typing, I have to tell you that I have the most wonderful husband in the world. He sends me on trips and supports what I like to do and if there were anything he could do to make it easier on me he would. I love you baby! About me… I worked in the hotel industry for 14 years before "retiring." I went to the University of Washington, graduated high school in Tacoma, WA from Bellarmine Prep. I have lived all over this country; Seattle 5 times, Milwaukee, San Antonio, Denver, San Francisco, Houston, Tacoma, Atlanta, Spokane, and now Portland. Oh, I am a terrible speller.
